Compensation & Benefits:

Flat-rate pay with a minimum guarantee of 32 flagged hours per week (when clocked in for all 40 scheduled hours with no major comebacks).
Full health insurance coverage after 90 days.

10 paid holidays.
Paid time off that grows with tenure — 7 days/year to start, 13 days (years 3–5), and 20 days (5+ years).
Monday–Friday work week.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair across all systems: engine, transmission, drivetrain, brakes, steering and suspension, A/C, electrical, hybrid, and advanced diagnostics.
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) on incoming vehicles and document findings clearly in the shop management system.
Work independently to complete repairs correctly the first time, to manufacturer and shop standards (The team will jump in if you get stuck or need help!).
Road test before and after repairs to confirm the fix and catch any new concerns.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the Service Advisor.
Keep a clean, safe, organized bay and follow all OSHA/EPA and shop safety protocols.
Support and mentor the team and contribute to a positive shop culture.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of professional automotive diagnosis and repair experience.
Multiple ASE certifications (A1–A8) or ASE Master Technician preferred.
Proven ability to work independently across mechanical, electrical, and advanced diagnostic systems.
Own a complete set of professional hand tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop work (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods).
Familiarity with shop management software (Tekmetric, Mitchell, ShopWare, etc.) a plus.
